Job summary

GXO is seeking a Team Leader for the Equipment Management operation at the Tesco RSU site in Doncaster. The role includes leading a team in a fast-paced reverse operation and coordinating tasks across shifts. You’ll support the shift manager and handle returned products and equipment to keep operations flowing.

The position is full-time with a rotating 4 on/4 off pattern (06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00) and offers a salary of £16.05 per hour (about £35,000 per year) plus benefits.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Equipment Management operation at our Tesco RSU site in Doncaster. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.

This is a full time, permanent position, working a rotating 4 on 4 off shift patterns of 06:00 till 18:00 and 18:00 till 06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £16.05 per hour (circa £35,000.00 per annum) and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
