Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and that operations run smoothly. You will support the management team, lead by example, and coordinate colleagues to deliver high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

We value attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to adapt on the floor. This role emphasizes safety, allergen controls, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail to ensure every pint is poured to perfection.

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
