Job summary

Vertiv at Campsie in Northern Ireland is seeking confident and driven Team Leaders to guide production teams in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and deliver results in line with site objectives. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, uphold Health & Safety standards, and drive continuous improvements to ensure quality and timely delivery of electrical switchgear and related products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in people management, including training, performance assessment, and maximising output.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety in a factory environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel).

We are looking for confident and driven Team Leaders ( 7 positions available) to join our Campsie site, someone who can lead by example, inspire others, and deliver results in a fast-paced production environment.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding production teams, managing daily operations, and ensuring project-based production of electrical switchgear and associated products meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
