Job summary

Travail Employment Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Production Manager to lead a busy manufacturing operation and deliver projects safely, efficiently, on time and to high standards.

You will oversee production, develop teams, champion continuous improvement and collaborate with Design, Projects, Sales, Finance, QHSE and HR to drive operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced engineering environment requiring strategic thinking alongside day-to-day leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in electrical production leadership within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles complemented by mechanical understanding.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop production teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Knowledge of quality, health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Solid organisational and planning skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Management qualification such as ILM or equivalent.
