Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking 7 Team Leaders for our Campsie site to guide production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lead daily operations, manage resources, and ensure quality and safety across projects.

You will coach and develop staff, drive improvements, and collaborate with first-line management to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in people management, including training, performance assessment, and maximising output.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety in a factory environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.

We are looking for confident and driven Team Leaders ( 7 positions available) to join our Campsie site, someone who can lead by example, inspire others, and deliver results in a fast-paced production environment.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding production teams, managing daily operations, and ensuring project-based production of electrical switchgear and associated products meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
