Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Care Team Leader to lead a team delivering person‑centred care in Coventry. You will work with the Service Manager to shape daily delivery, support staff development, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Care Worker.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Excellent written and IT record-keeping.

• Ensure people we support live fulfilling, independent lives.

Care Team Leader – Residential

Pay - £14.25ph
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
