Description

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Pasta Evangelists Kitchen. Oversees all aspects of the business by fostering a proud culture, ensuring compliance with Food/Health and Safety regulations, coaching, supporting, motivating, and engaging employees. Responsible for achieving above-average results.

Department: Takeaway

Location: Cloud Kitchen - Edinburgh

Compensation: £14.00 - £15.00 / hour

Working hours: from 10.00am to 2.00am, Monday to Sunday

Responsibilities include:

1. Attending meetings as required.
2. Implementing and embedding new systems and processes.
3. Training new starters per company guidelines.
4. Coaching and supporting team development, highlighting high performers.
5. Tracking absences and reporting to management.
6. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, taking corrective actions when necessary.
7. Creating a customer-focused environment.
8. Managing and reporting customer complaints in line with company policy.
9. Leading by example in product quality and customer service.
10. Maximizing product availability, sales, and customer satisfaction.
11. Communicating sales goals and striving to exceed targets.
12. Training team on new products to drive sales.
13. Controlling kitchen costs to maximize profitability.
14. Reviewing daily paperwork for compliance and reporting to management.
