Job summary

Asda Leckwith Road is seeking a Team Leader to drive the night-time operation of a department. You will lead by example, guide colleagues, and ensure smooth stock handling and excellent customer service on the shop floor.

You’ll work nights, support onboarding for new starters, and collaborate with your manager to maintain high standards and a motivated team. The role is full-time and permanent with a 36-hour week.

• Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.

This is a Night position

As aTeam Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
