Asda Capehill is seeking a Team Leader to supervise the day-to-day running of your department and to lead by example on the shop floor.

You will support colleagues, manage stock, and ensure customers receive the best possible service. The role is nights, 36 hours per week, with a permanent contract and a competitive pay rate.

Formación

• Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
• Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

As aTeam Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service.
