Job summary

Boots UK in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Team Lead to manage a team within our Burton Service Centre. You will drive operational performance, coach staff, and ensure safe, high-quality service for our customers.

The role is full-time, onsite, with 4-on 4-off shift pattern from 22:00 to 10:00. You will report to the Department Manager and lead a culture of performance and engagement across the shift.

• Previous experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics or operational environment.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate others.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience working to operational KPIs and service targets.
• Focus on safety, quality and customer service.

You will deliver operational performance while creating a positive and engaged team culture. You will lead colleagues and coaching individuals to achieve their potential and ensuring excellent service for our customers.

• Experience developing colleagues and supporting their progression into leadership roles.
