Job summary

Qualifications

• QAF Diploma (NVQ/QCF) Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers by developing targets and monitoring outcomes for quality and efficiency.
• Provide regular supervision and performance appraisals of staff when required.
• Work with a diverse service user group, predominantly adults 35+ with disabilities, mental health, dementia and complex needs.
• Support service users with daily living skills to promote independence and well‑being.
• Greet, assist and direct visitors.
• Ensure medication is administered per policy and assist with reviewing and auditing medications.
• Organise and communicate daily requirements to the care team.
