Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, with 1 in 2 Sundays 7am to 12pm

Salary: £25,305.28 per annum, plus regional supplements totaling £395.20

Job Overview: We’re seeking a Team Lead to join our Wakefield Depot. In this role, you will serve as the link between supervisors and warehouse staff, providing immediate hands-on leadership and supervision to ensure maximum effort, attention to detail, safety, and tidiness in the environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately assess controlled drug counts, credit returns, new products, and inventory checks.
• Log warehouse items correctly, ensuring accuracy in product details.
• Meet productivity and quality standards in compliance with legal requirements.

Physical demands include standing and walking for most of the shift, lifting products up to 15kg, bending, twisting, kneeling, and crouching.
