Job summary

Home Bargains is hiring Store Team Members to greet customers, replenish shelves and maintain high standards across departments. You will help customers with queries, stock displays, and assist with tills as needed, all within a fast-paced environment.

Shifts include early mornings, with varied hours to cover 6 am–10 pm store times. Join our energetic team and enjoy opportunities to learn multiple store areas, from fresh food to seasonal goods, while contributing to a welcoming, customer-focused

• Participate in unloading deliveries and getting stock to shelves.

• Be the smile that makes a difference: As a dedicated Store Team Member, you will be the face of Home Bargains, providing enthusiastic customer service by assisting with product queries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Teamwork makes the dream work: Whether you're watering plants, baking fresh goods, stocking shelves, or keeping displays and workspaces clean, you'll support your team to maintain high standards across the store.
• Keep the momentum going: Take charge during the fill shift by unloading deliveries and swiftly getting stock out on the shelves, making sure everything's ready for our customers to find what they need.
• No two days are the same: You will be trained across multiple areas of the business. Your versatility will shine as you handle tills, manage cash transactions, restock shelves, and adapt to various roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.

Retail here is fast-paced and hands-on, with no two days the same. Because our stores are open from 6 am to 10 pm daily, we ask for some flexibility with evenings and weekends - but don't worry, we work hard to balance shifts fairly so everyone gets the time off they need. Every role is part of something bigger, connecting with people and working together as a team.

Package Salary & Hours

• £12.71 per hour (18-20), £13.00 per hour (21+)
• 16 hours per week. Must be available to work between the hours of 5am - 9am
