Job summary

Greene King is looking for a Team Leader to join our Pub & Dining team in Bakewell. You’ll lead the shift, keep service smooth, and ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Deputise for the management team, organise the team during busy periods, and uphold safety, legality and cleanliness in the bar. A positive, can-do attitude and strong English are essential.

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
