Job summary

Asda Stores is seeking a Team Leader in Dyce to oversee daily department operations and lead a team on a full-time basis. You will support colleagues, manage stock, onboard new starters, and resolve on-floor issues to ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires proactive leadership and strong communication. Candidates should be flexible to work day shifts, including weekends and evenings, and bring experience from retail or customer-facing environments.

Whether it's helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you'll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You'll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
