Job summary

Asda Living Llantrisant is seeking a Team Leader to drive the day-to-day running of the department on afternoons. You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and ensure customers receive excellent service.

You will work closely with your manager to uphold high standards and keep your team motivated. The role requires retail or customer-facing experience, flexibility for weekends/evenings, and strong communication skills.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department.
