Push Gaming Ltd. is seeking a Team Lead to own the slot game development team, including a Tech Lead, reporting to the Head of Game Development. You will balance people leadership with hands-on code review and delivery, guiding multiple titles from a shared framework.

You will line-manage engineers, own delivery against the roadmap, and collaborate with game design, art, QA and producers to minimize surprises. This role emphasizes mentorship, planning and scalable development practices.

Formación

• 5+ years in game client development with leadership experience.
• Experience in slot game development including server-authoritative outcomes and RTP variants.
• Proven people leadership with mentoring and performance reviews.
• Delivery management on flow-based boards (Kanban/Scrumban).
• Strong technical credibility in TypeScript and PixiJS rendering.

Responsabilidades

• Line-manage engineers: regular 1:1s, growth plans and performance reviews.
• Own delivery of slot titles against the roadmap, with planning and sequencing.
• Collaborate with producers, game design, art and QA to move titles without surprises.
• Balance new-game work with live-title support and visible planning.
• Protect the team's focus by managing intake and prioritization.
• Partner with the Tech Lead on technical direction and delivery.
• Help the team build on shared framework and AI-assisted development.
• Hire and onboard: interviews, 30-60-90 day ramp-ups.
