Due to expansion, Highcroft Vets are looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team as a Hospital Coordinator / Team Lead. Highcroft Whitchurch is a busy 24‑hour hospital, supported by a passionate team of vets, nurses, PCAs and receptionists.
The role is 40 hours, working a mixture of early (7:30‑16:00) and late (12:00‑20:30) shifts, across 5 days with a share in the bank holiday and 1 in 8 weekend rota.
Your main responsibilities will include leading a team of student nurses and veterinary care assistants, organising and evaluating how the hospital runs on a day‑to‑day basis, communicating with internal teams, and coordinating teams across wards, inpatient, surgery, procedures, exotics, and imaging departments, while delivering high‑quality care to our patients.
