Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences required.

• Experience mentoring and career road-mapping for staff.
• Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with Workday for performance management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary people leader for your subchapter, driving employee growth and career road-mapping.
• Oversee performance reviews and collect 360-degree feedback from peers and stakeholders.
• Establish operating rhythms with biweekly 1:1s and monthly Team Syncs.
• Balance portfolio loads and resolve team friction using Triad meetings.
• Manage subchapter logistics including absence approvals and long-term leave planning.
