Summary:

Amazon is a highly data-driven company passionate about its customers. It is vital to ensure customers always receive their orders on time and with quality. The processes at the FCs are largely manual, involving large numbers of associates. A critical role is that of a process associate who mentors and guides associates to meet customer expectations by following standard work practices, with safety and quality in mind.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily shift operations from a learning perspective, including direct IB and OB functions.
  2. Understand SJIs and adhere to SOPs.
  3. Monitor and mentor associates regarding productivity, quality, and safety.
  4. Oversee PS queues and initiate Andon alerts in case of issues.
  5. Conduct 4M and 5S audits at workstations daily.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Over 1 year of experience in manufacturing or customer-facing environments.
