• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety
• Liaise with supervisors and report on progress or issues as needed
• Provide on-the-job training and support to team members

About You

• Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is desirable
• Confident in using various grass cutting and grounds maintenance equipment
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
• Full uk driving licence - essential (trailer licence a plus)
