Job Description

This position is part of RCT Council's Graduate Programme 2025, offering a unique opportunity to develop your career in local government, contributing to high-quality services and community development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the Council’s building portfolio in a safe and compliant condition through planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Supporting capital improvement programmes.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including Building Surveyors, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Asbestos Officers.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A highly motivated, well-organized Building Services Mechanical Engineer with a minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent in Building Services Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
