Job summary

ASEL Argenbright Security Europe Ltd is seeking an Area Service Engineer to cover the Wolverhampton region. You will take ownership of service and maintenance, representing ASEL with clients and driving high standards in security systems.

This full-time role offers a starting salary of £35,000 to £39,000 with significant overtime and a company vehicle. Opportunity for progression within a national business and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining integrated security systems including CCTV, intruder, access control, and fire.
• Strong knowledge of IP based security systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Customer focused approach and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Own your service area, manage maintenance calls, reactive faults and small projects.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across CCTV, intruder, access control, and fire systems.
• Deliver first-time fixes where possible and minimise repeat visits.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients at all levels.
• Communicate workload and outstanding issues with your line manager.
• Participate in a 1 in 6 out-of-hours on-call rota.

• Starting salary of £35,000 to £39,000, dependent on experience with OTE of £50,000 plus

The Role

• Participate in a 1 in 6 out of hours on call rota
