Job summary

FIND Medical is recruiting a Team Leader to join a welcoming care home in Eastleigh. You will lead the care team, deliver high-quality, person-centred care, and support residents with dignity and compassion.

This hands-on leadership role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with opportunities for CHAPs training within the first 12 months. Night shifts are permanent, with 36 or 48 hours per week, and a salary of £31,000–£42,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Previous senior care experience within a nursing home, residential care home or elderly care setting.
• Experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Senior Carer, Senior Support Worker or Care Team Leader.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent – essential.
• A hands-on approach and genuine passion for providing high-quality elderly care.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Confidence supporting and guiding a team while remaining actively involved in resident care.
• Medication experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided.
• CHAPs training is also available within the first 12 months for candidates who do not already hold the qualification.

It’s a great opportunity for an experienced senior carer with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care who is ready to take on more responsibility and continue developing their leadership experience.

To be considered, you will need
