Claimont Health is hiring a Team Coordinator to support a team of Complex Care Senior Support Workers delivering care in clients' own homes across the Essex area. You will line-manage staff, provide advice, training and undertake regular 1-1s and appraisals.

You must be immediately available to commit to regular shift patterns and join a dedicated clinical and operations team focused on compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• 2 year or more experience as a Senior Support Worker with complex care experience.
• Commitment to delivering client specific care.
• Adaptable and professional approach to support client and family members.

Claimont Health is hiring! Are you a Complex Care Senior Support Worker looking for a new role in the community? Are you a caring individual who is passionate about delivering person centred care? Do you believe you can make a positive impact to our clients lives? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for individuals to join our team on a Permanent basis. We are looking for an experienced Team Coordinator who can support a team of support workers and our clients who have complex care needs and need support in the comfort of their own homes in the Essex area. You will need to be available Immediately and be able to commit to regular shift patterns. As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for line managing Support Workers within the team, providing advice, support and training, along with undertaking regular 1-1's and appraisals.

You will need to have a proven track record of management and complex care experience and have supported clients with:

• Tracheostomy care
• Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding.
• Ventilation management
• Oral suctioning
• Bowel management
• Nebuliser (NEB)
• Medication
• Oxygen Therapy
• Medication management

You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car as will be expected to support across packages.
