Claimont Health is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to provide specialist in-community support for a female client in Ipswich. You will engage the client in community activities and support their personal development in a home-based setting.
The role requires 1+ year experience in complex care, a UK driving licence with access to a manual car, and a strong commitment to professional boundaries and safeguarding. Part-time hours apply in Ipswich.
We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Complex Care Support Worker who has worked with a range of conditions including Spinal injury. If you have experience with supporting young adults with Spinal Injury and we would like to hear from you.
We have a clients requiring support in the Ipswich area. This is a part time position.
Monday to Wednesday - 7.30am - 6pm
Every 3rd Saturday - 7:30am to 6pm
You will need to be an experienced support worker who can support our clients to engage in community, as part of their personal development and progression.
Our Client will require support with:
* YOU MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE, BE ABLE TO DRIVE A MANUAL CAR AND HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR*
