Job summary

Claimont Health is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Support Worker to join our team in the Chelmsford area. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week and requires a UK driving licence with access to a car to reach clients’ homes.

You will work with clients with a range of conditions and ages, delivering high-quality, client-specific care in home settings, while upholding our safety and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker.
• Able to maintain clear professional boundaries in a home setting.
• Adaptable approach to support client and family members.
• Willingness to travel with a UK driving licence.
• Commitment to delivering client-specific care.

Responsibilities

• Provide tracheostomy care.
• Perform suctioning as needed.
• Manage nebuliser treatments.
• Administer medications.
• Support bowel care.
• Assist with oral feeding.
• Support PEG feeding.

Hours Available:

Our Client will require support with:

• Tracheostomy Care
• Suctioning
• Nebuliser
• Medication Administration
• Bowel Care
• Oral feeding
• PEG Feeding

YOU MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR*

Required Skills/Qualifications:
