Little Kickers is seeking a Team Coach in Sutton Coldfield to support children aged 18 months to 8 years in their football journey. The role involves assisting Lead Coaches, encouraging participation, and maintaining a fun and safe environment. Candidates should be enthusiastic, enjoy working with children, and be available on weekends. This position aims to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere during sessions, helping kids build confidence and enjoy activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ or turning 18 within 3 months.
• Experience in sports or education with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Coaches in supporting children during sessions.

Our Team Coaches are a big part of what makes every Little Kickers session so fun and welcoming. Working alongside our Lead Coaches, providing encouragement, and plenty of smiles on the pitch.

They play a key role in supporting the sessions, helping children take part in activities, build confidence, and enjoy every moment of their football journey. From cheering on first kicks to guiding children through games and drills, our Team Coaches ensure every child feels supported and included.

Our Team Coaches also help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, assisting with venue organisation and class support so sessions stay fun, safe, and well organised.

Friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready with a high‑five, our Team Coaches help create the positive environment that makes Little Kickers such a special place for children to learn and play.

Sutton Coldfield, Streetly, Collingwood

Starting Hours:

3.5 – 7

Start Day(s)/Date:

Saturdays & Sundays (occasional weekday shifts) Must be available at least one weekend day

Hourly Wage:

Requirements:

18+ (or within 3 months of turning 18) Experience working with children in sports or education; alternatively studying in this area.
