Job summary

Little Kickers in Crosby & Ormskirk is seeking Team Coaches to lead friendly sessions for young children, provide encouragement, and help kids take part in games and drills.

You will support Lead Coaches, assist with venue organisation, and travel between locations if needed. Prior experience in leading children's sport sessions or education is required; driving licence is desirable.

Our Team Coaches are a big part of what makes every Little Kickers session so fun and welcoming. Working alongside our Lead Coaches , providing encouragement, and plenty of smiles on the pitch.

They play a key role in supporting the sessions, helping children take part in activities, build confidence, and enjoy every moment of their football journey. From cheering on first kicks to guiding children through games and drills, our Team Coaches ensure every child feels supported and included.

Our Team Coaches also help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, assisting with venue organisation and class support so sessions stay fun, safe, and well organised.

Friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready with a high-five, our Team Coaches help create the positive environment that makes Little Kickers such a special place for children to learn and play.
