Little Kickers is seeking Assistant Coaches to support football sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years in Staffordshire. The role involves working closely with Lead Coaches to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere while encouraging children's participation in activities.
The ideal candidates will have experience working with children in sports or education and be friendly and enthusiastic, ready to foster confidence and enjoyment in every child's football journey. Flexible hours on Saturdays and/or Sundays are available.
Our Assistant Coaches are a big part of what makes every Little Kickers session so fun and welcoming. Working alongside our Lead Coaches, providing encouragement, and plenty of smiles on the pitch.
They play a key role in supporting the sessions, helping children take part in activities, build confidence, and enjoy every moment of their football journey. From cheering on first kicks to guiding children through games and drills, our Team Coaches ensure every child feels supported and included.
Our Team Coaches also help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, assisting with venue readiness and class support so sessions stay fun, safe, and well organised.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready with a high-five, our Assistant Coaches help create the positive environment that makes Little Kickers such a special place for children to learn and play.
