Team Assistant / PA to Directors and team for City based Asset Management Firm £48,000 + bens

This is an opportunity to apply your PA/Team Assistant experience and skills in a busy, dynamic, and successful business. You will work alongside other support professionals, where teamwork creates a challenging and enjoyable learning environment.

In this role, a hardworking approach, positive attitude, and self-starting nature will be rewarded with increasing responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the team.

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

One day working from home

Main Responsibilities:
  • Complex diary management
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Organizing travel and visas
  • Processing expenses
  • Arranging conference calls
  • Working within a team of assistants and covering for absences
  • Coordinating team events
Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience working for corporate organizations
  • Experience working directly with external and internal stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of Outlook
  • Flexibility and proactivity
  • Good communication and organizational skills
