Team Assistant – Executive Search





Location: Manchester city centre

Permanent Role



£25k plus bonus and benefits



Excellent hybrid offering – 2 days in office and 3 WFH





A leading executive search firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where you’ll gain exposure to high-level recruitment projects across a variety of sectors.





The Role:

As a Team Assistant, you’ll work closely with the PA team to ensure the smooth delivery and administration of executive search assignments. This role offers a clear development path towards becoming a PA, making it ideal for someone looking to grow within the executive support space.





Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across client and candidate assignments

  • Maintain GDPR compliance and ensure data integrity across systems

  • \t

  • Manage and update the client and candidate database

  • \t

  • Conduct due diligence checks and assist with candidate referencing

  • \t

  • Format and proofread documents to ensure brand and quality standards

  • \t

  • Manage shared team inboxes and ensure prompt follow-up on tasks
