Job summary

Yunex Traffic UK is seeking a proactive Team Administrator to support our field-based team and help maintain high service levels. The role involves managing calls, coordinating with customers, and preparing reports and presentations to support performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to prioritise with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases.
• A problem solver with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and learning new activities.
• Discreet and able to operate in a confidential environment.
• NVQ in administration or equivalent experience (desirable).
