Job summary

Yunex Traffic UK is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead a small on-site team at depots and client sites, ensuring timely, safe installation work.

You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors and third-party stakeholders, oversee training, and maintain stock while adhering to budgets and specifications.

This role offers a competitive base salary, annual bonus, 26 days of holiday, a company vehicle and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and line-manage a small team on site and in the depot.
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders on and off-site.
• Deliver and support training initiatives for your team and others as needed.
• Ensure work is completed safely, to a high standard, within specifications and on schedule.
• Manage site attendance, and maintain organised stock for installations.
• Support service and contract requirements with out-of-hours availability.
• Promote health and safety practices and provide reports as necessary.
• Monitor job costs with detailed breakdowns to meet budget targets.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders, both onsite and digitally.
• Deliver and support training initiatives for your team and others as needed.
• Ensure your team's work is completed safely, to a high standard, within specifications, and on schedule.
• Manage and ensure attendance at site, maintaining organised and accurate stock for installations.
• Support service and contract requirements with out-of-hours availability.
• Promote health and safety practices within the team and provide reports as necessary.
• Monitor job costs, providing detailed breakdowns as required to meet budget targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Electrical qualification and/or relevant experience with a strong background in on-site work.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a passion for motivating and training others.
• Cooperative, proactive approach with the ability to manage tasks, staff, materials, and contractors.
• Accuracy and reliability, with a commitment to getting things right the first time.
• Effective communication skills, team-building abilities, and IT proficiency (tablets, laptops, and software).
• Full UK driving licence (company vehicle and tools provided).
• Comprehensive understanding of safe working practices.
