NHFT provides integrated healthcare services at HMP Lowdham Grange. An administrative support role is available within the Healthcare team to ensure safe working practices in a secure environment.
You will handle clinics, SystmOne tasks, data quality checks and liaison with clinical staff. The post-holder works in a multi-disciplinary team, may operate with minimal supervision, and will participate in developing positive working relationships with prison staff.
NHFT provides integrated Healthcare services at HMP Lowdham Grange. Services include primary care, pharmacy, mental health, neurodiversity and substance misuse, working with our Partner Agencies to support the health of male patients.
To work as part of the Healthcare team, providing administrative support, ensuring safe working practices in a secure environment in accordance with the Trust and prison policies and procedures.
The post holder will work in close liaison with other disciplines in prison setting and with external agencies in arranging appointments to meet patient care.
The post holder will be fully integrated in a multi-disciplinary team.
The role will involve working at times without direct supervision, undertaking delegated tasks and reporting back to the line manager.
The post holder will actively participate in the ongoing development of positive working relationships with officers and staff throughout the prison.
