Humber Education Trust’s Cambridge Park Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 3–19 with diverse learning needs. The role involves supervising SEN learners, assisting with personal care and learning activities, and contributing to inclusive classroom environments.
The successful candidate will have experience with children or vulnerable individuals in education, understanding of safeguarding and the National Curriculum, and strong ICT usage for teaching.
Hours of work: 32.5/week, Mon 8.40am - 4.30pm, Tues/Weds/Fri 8.40am - 3.10pm, Thurs 8.40am - 4.20pm

You will be working with children and young people aged 3–19 who have a wide range of learning needs, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our pupils. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting learners with diverse abilities and disabilities and will be willing to work across all age groups within the school.
Previous experience supporting children with learning disabilities is highly desirable, as is a strong understanding of relevant strategies and approaches. A commitment to inclusive practice, flexibility, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff are essential.
Any offer of employment to this post will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure Barring Service, Children’s Barred List Check, Section 128 check where applicable, identity checks, medical clearance, proof of qualifications, satisfactory references and eligibility to work in the UK checks.
