Job summary

Pivot Academy Leeds is seeking an experienced Teaching and Learning Lead to join our Leeds provision, with 50% of your time dedicated to teaching and 50% to Teaching & Learning Lead responsibilities.

Based at Killingbeck Drive, Leeds, LS14 6UF, you will champion high-quality teaching, coach staff, monitor learner progress and contribute to whole-site development across multiple key stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a culture of high-quality teaching and learning across the provision.
• Coach, support and develop Teachers and Instructors to deliver engaging lessons.
• Monitor teaching quality and learner progress to drive improvement.
• Contribute to senior leadership and day-to-day running of the site.
• Lead curriculum delivery within subject areas with a safe, supportive environment.
