Job summary

Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced Teaching and Learning Coach to deliver high-quality coaching and targeted professional development across the academy. The role focuses on developing pedagogy, delivering feedback, and ensuring QA processes drive school improvement.

The appointee will lead bespoke coaching, monitor progress, and collaborate with Deputy Heads to shape CPD and curriculum development in line with the academy's priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and develop teachers with measurable impact.
• Experience conducting quality assurance visits, learning walks and assessments.
• Ability to design and deliver personalised CPD and training.
• Ability to work with middle leaders to implement action plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke coaching to selected staff to improve practice.
• Conduct QA activities and share findings with leadership.
• Develop CPD programmes aligned to school improvement priorities.
• Support curriculum and pedagogy development across departments.
