The post carries Level 4 pay (£18,451 to £19,343) and requires clear spoken English to communicate with staff, pupils and the public. The academy is part of the Alpha Academies Trust and aims to nurture all learners with high expectations.

Qualifications

• The ability to converse at ease with staff, pupils and members of the public in accurate spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning activities in classrooms.
• Assist pupils with learning tasks and behaviour in class.
