The roles focus on the Education and Scholarship pathway, supporting student learning and programme development across computer science and aligned areas.

# Teaching Fellow in Computer Science x 2 positions**Grade 7 Salary Range £38,784 - £47,389 (Incremental progression)****Full-Time Indefinite**Agile working (blend of home and office based)/ Arrangements for job share would be considered**The Opportunity**Join our supportive and growing team in Keele University’s School of Computer Science and Mathematics. We are seeking two enthusiastic, student-focused Teaching Fellows to contribute to high-quality education across computer science and aligned specialist areas, helping students achieve their potential.As a Teaching Fellow in Computer Science on the Education and Scholarship pathway, you will deliver engaging and inclusive teaching, support student learning and contribute to programme development. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, tutorials and practical sessions; developing learning materials and assessments; providing constructive feedback; and supervising student projects. You will develop your teaching practice through scholarship and collaboration with colleagues.Supporting students will be central to your role. We seek educators who bring encouragement to the classroom, make challenging concepts accessible and take an active interest in students’ progress. Through teaching, personal tutoring and academic guidance, you will help students build confidence, overcome challenges and develop the skills they need to succeed. You will contribute to a welcoming environment where students from all backgrounds feel included, supported and comfortable asking questions.You will have strong subject knowledge in Computer Science and experience of teaching or supporting learning in higher education. You will bring excellent communication and organisational skills, an approachable and patient manner, and a collaborative approach.
