Job summary

Aspire People is hiring Secondary Teaching Assistants to support students across Coventry, Nuneaton and Warwickshire. You will work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Ideal candidates may have experience with children or young people and a patient, proactive approach. Strong communication and a genuine passion for education are valued, with flexible day-to-day supply opportunities and

• Previous experience with children or young people is desirable.
• Experience in a secondary school setting is advantageous.
• Patient, positive and proactive approach.
