Aspire People in Coventry, Nuneaton & Warwickshire is hiring enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistants to support learners across the region.

You will work alongside teachers to deliver lessons, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and help students with varying needs, fostering inclusion.

This flexible supply role offers exposure to multiple local schools, ongoing support from a dedicated consultant and opportunities to gain valuable classroom experience.

Competenze

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Experience in a secondary school setting is advantageous.
• Patient, positive and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident supporting students with different abilities and needs.
• Genuine passion for education and student development.
