Value Education LTD is recruiting Teaching Assistants for Bury and surrounding areas. Roles include 1:1 or small-group support in Primary, Secondary or SEN settings, with competitive pay and diverse school assignments.

• Provide pastoral and behavioural support where required.

Rate of pay: £100 - £110 (experience depending).

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other education professionals to support pupils in their learning, development and wellbeing.

Depending on the school and setting, your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
• Assisting with classroom activities and learning programmes.
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and SEND.
• Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills.
• Working alongside teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Providing pastoral and behavioural support where required.
• Supporting pupils with their academic, emotional and personal development.
• Helping to prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
• Contributing to pupils' progress and maintaining appropriate records.
