Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking Teaching Assistants to support schools in the Carmarthen area. Long-term placements or flexible day-to-day supply are available, so you choose what works best for you.

We offer free training, CPD access, an easy online app to update availability, and ongoing consultant support. A £100 Refer a Friend scheme is also available, with weekly PAYE payments for your work in education settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children.
• Experience can be voluntary, school-based, or from transferable roles (youth work, care, coaching, etc.).
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
