Job Description:

Axcis Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 for various assignments in primary and secondary schools across Tameside and Stockport. These positions include temporary, longer-term, and permanent roles. We are looking for passionate and committed Teaching Assistants to join our team. Responsibilities include:

1. Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
2. Support students with their learning through one-on-one assistance and small group interventions.
3. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Promote the social and emotional development of students, fostering their confidence and independence.
5. Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
6. Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students.
7. Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials.
