We are seeking a number of Teaching Assistants to support at a Primary school near Enfield to who want to increase the support for those students who need it. Roles starting ASAP, full time and part time roles available with the possibility to become permanent for the right educator!

What will you do?

1. Work with the class teacher to provide support to students aged (4-11) in the mainstream classroom
2. You may be working 1:1 to support children with Special Educational Needs
3. You will be working with a supportive team of other Teaching Assistants, directed by the SENCo
4. You will need to be flexible, as you may be required to support in other classes on occasions
5. Utilising effective behavioural management techniques to promote a positive learning environment within the classroom

What do you need?

1. Available immediately for 5 days per week
2. Experience working with Primary-aged pupils
3. Experience working with SEND is beneficial
4. An up-to-date and detailed CV covering 10 years work/education history
5. An enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
6. References to cover most recent 2 years
