First Federation Trust is seeking two to three enthusiastic and flexible individuals to work with class teachers across all areas of the curriculum. Hours could be covered by two or three people on either a full-time or part-time basis.

These are fixed-term roles until 31 August 2027. The post involves delivering targeted interventions, promoting inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being, and collaboration with other professionals.

Job description

We are looking for two or three enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individuals to work alongside the class teachers across all areas of the curriculum. We have a number of hours available for this position which could be covered by two or three people on either a full-time or part time basis. These are fixed-term positions until 31st August 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
• To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school.

You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion.

There will be some aspects of working with SEND pupils 1:1 or small group work.
