Job summary

Aspire People is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to work in Leicester's local primary schools on a flexible supply basis. You will support pupils, assist teachers and adapt to different classroom environments to help maintain high standards.

We offer full/part-time roles with start dates, long-term placements and the chance to develop your skills across several schools. DBS checks and strong references are preferred, and you will be supported by a dedicated Aspire consultant Rob.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Teaching Assistant role.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Integrity, initiative, and a flexible positive approach.
• Provide references and DBS update service.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in class and small groups to aid learning.
• Assist teachers with planning and classroom management.
• Help maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Work across different local primary schools as required.

I'm currently recruiting for teaching assistants who want work within local Primary schools. I can offer you full/part time flexible supply cover to fit around your personal life but allow you to do the job you love whilst furthering your skill set and working with different schools. I also have long term positions with start dates coming up and I would love to get you registered with Aspire people, with the stability of a long term it also allows you time to work with one specific school and possibly be considered for any permanent vacancies.

To become a Teaching Assistant with Aspire you will need;
