Job Description: Learning Support Assistant

We are currently working with an 'Outstanding' Ofsted-rated establishment with multiple sites. They pride themselves on meeting each child's individual needs by employing reliable staff and expanding resources.

They are seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate individual to join their team of learning support assistants. Experience in a support or care role is highly preferred but not essential, given the nature of working with children.

The role is immediate, lasting until the end of the academic year. You will work 5 days a week, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. You will be assigned to a classroom with 6-8 pupils, working on a 1:1 or small group basis with these children.
