Job summary

Boston Pioneers Free School Academy is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant for a temporary post with an expected end date 31 August 2027. You will support the classroom teacher, help students individually or in small groups, and prepare materials to reinforce learning concepts.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents when required.

Essential criteria:

• English and Maths GCSE, Grade C/4 or equivalent
